Okay, let me preface this with a warning that this comment may be L-O-N-G because there are SO MANY wonderful things about your site!
It gives a great first impression and the photo really speaks about what you are all about. I love that you used real photos throughout and not just "stock photos" . People can connect with photos and video. You do an excellent job communicating throughout the entire site... truly outstanding! I LOVE your letter on the "about us" page. You cast a vision there that is compelling and clear. You really show your heart and parents will appreciate it. Speaking as a parent, I would try your youth group based on your site alone... honestly. I love the photo w/ the hands raised on the home page. I know I said that before, but it warrants a repeat! The lighthouse shot looks professional. The lighthouse is so Jupiter and the shadow of the palms on the lighthouse is so Florida! That photo gets your attention and the "word bubbles" or whatever you call them are a great way to feature upcoming camp registrations, etc..! Because your page is so "clean" it is super-easy to navigate and easy to understand. This is important for parents. You didn't make it so "teen friendly" that it would turn parents off. Every detail of every event and meeting is communicated. You not only list the staff, but show their picture, another feature I love as a parent. It helps to put faces to the people you hear your kids talking about. I love that you have links for everything...maps, curriculum, etc... Anyone who wants more information can get it!
Absolutely brilliant putting the release form online! How many times do the teens forget to take it home or misplace it and then remember at the last minute that they need this important document... countless times.... which makes this feature a blessing.
I like that you have a link to CCJ as well so parents can check that out too.
Honestly, my only "input" would be to make sure you maintain it so that it stays current. You could also have (maybe you do and I missed it) a place for kids to sign up for activities online. I think PSLW has that. Links for online bible study, Christian movie reviews, helpful resources for parents and teens, etc... may be beneficial as well.
My favorite part was your letter. I just wanted to shout "AMEN!" I like the picture you chose for that page too and not just because I think Penny is the greatest! :) I like the fact that you show a picture with your wife b/c it speaks of your priorities and your life experience and the fact that you are taken! :)
Can't wait to meet the boys. Give us the "heads up" on the April "welcome home" gathering!
Once again.... excellent job on the site!

Hey man! Long time no talk. Here's my two cents:
1. The Home page is nice and clean. Good job!
2. Navigation was a little tricky for me, but that's probably because I wasn't familiar with your ministry.
3. You might consider consolidation life groups and MERGE on the meetings nav button and create a link from there to the ministry specific page - if the info on the Meetings page isn't all you want to communicate
4.Once you click on the nav buttons on the home page, I wish there was a way to access the other pages without having to click on the home button. Maybe you can place that same nav bar at the bottom on the bottom of each of your pages.
5. You could edit your "atl=" tags so that when people mouseover the nav buttons it could say - for eaxample - weekly gathering instead of MERGE.html

I hope this doesn't come off as too hardcore. Just trying to offer my suggestions. You've got a killer ministry, and your site should be too! If you need some help with some of the html coding that I talked about, I'd be more than willing to help.

Site is beautiful. It looks like if could just as well be a site for an indy rock band out of Boston. I like the "no frills" look. The mix of Black and White and one color shot is a great juxtaposition. I love it. What I like the most is it's ORIGINAL. Great job
