Before.....
In less than 24 hours I will have a new anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and a tweeked meniscus. It's one of those things that I look forward to and dread at the same time, you know, surgery sucks, but the end results will mean I can run again or play some hoops. Here is a before picture.....Pray for a speedy recovery.

We'll be praying. They have these things down to a science these days. Just ask my dad about how it used to be.
totally...my dad had his knee ripped open (with stitch marks all across his knee) before the orthoscopic technology just to find nothing wrong! hah...he jokes about it all the time.
Anywho...have fun and I'll be saying a prayer for you.
