I bought this Japanese Marble Soda at Epcot. There is a marble in it and it tastes like bubble gum!

I have a soda bottle from the turn of the century with that botteling method.
Brilliant really.
Should I call Willy Gary before or after I purchase this soda? Why don't they just call it "suffocation soda?" or "liability lime?"
