MJ my neighbor?
Michael Jordan just bought 2 lots in a community a couple of miles from our house. I wonder if I will ever bump into him. What would I say? What would you say?

I would tell him that he is the greatest ever at what he did and he inspired me to be that in what I do. I would thank him for dropping 41 points in the only game I got to see him play in person and just want to hang with him. MJ was the greatest!
I met him a couple times as a student at Moody. I think one time I said something about how he inspired me and I respected the way he handled himself with the press.
The other time we chatted about normal life things... the weather or something like that.
I know people who were his neighbors in the Chicago burbs... you'll want to go to his house on Halloween. :)
Kevin would then proceed to worship him and set-up a shrine and burn sacrifices to him. Ask him about his struggle with idol worship in college...

Where did he buy property...
He bought a couple lots in the Bears club.
i'd ask him for a loan intending to never pay it back.
