Russia curtails American adoption.
From the USA Today: Russia is effectively shutting its doors, beginning today, to most Americans who want to adopt Russian children. I dont know how much investigating this journalist did, but she sure makes it sound bleak for those of us who have poured our lives into adopting Russian orphans.
