Entertainment: Gay Cowboy Movie?

On Monday January 16, 2006 movie director Ang Lee won a few Golden Globe Award's for his new gay cowboy movie "Brokeback Mountain". Think about it, this is the same guy who directed the "Hulk" movie a few years ago. For some reason he was inspired to make, a gay porn flick about cowboys! You have come a long way Ang. From what I hear there is explicit and graphic sexual scenes between the actors, Jake Gyllenhaal (October Sky, Jarhead) and Heath Ledger (The Patriot). These guys go from acting as American heros, to some cowboys who can't seem to figure out their sexual identity. Come on! Isn't it obvious that this is just Hollywood's latest attempt at making the sins of homosexuality and sexual immorality normal and excepted in our culture. It is trivial to me that this movie can be awarded for such fodder. Look out Oscars!
